Heuchera

Coral Bells

Maple-like leaves form a dense evergreen base for long slender stems lined with small, urn shaped flowers, ranging in color from white to pink to chartreuse. Heucheras are extremely durable, despite their delicate, even dainty appearance. Long-lived and occasionally drought tolerant, they are appropriate to virtually any garden situation.

Heuchera ‘Cinnabar Silver’ full sun  partial shade

Sparks fly when fiery cinnabar-red flowers sizzle above a compact vigorous mound of stunning silver washed foliage. Prominently etched with purple veins and infused with mauve, the rounded, shallow-lobed leaves emerge in bronzy purple shades and later attain a mercurylike luster that holds its color. Evergreen in milder climates, ‘Cinnabar Silver’s bold frosty chic can be featured in a container or in the front of a moist shady border.

Blooms May-July.

Size: 18" high x 16" wide; hardy to zone 4.

Customer Comment:

“In a busy business, you may get lulled into thinking it's all about orders, supplies, shipping, etc.  But it's not just about that.  It's also about the happiness your flowers brought to a little girl who has endured a great deal in her young life, and the happiness that plants bring to us all, young and old.”
